  1. Deposit and Cancellation Policy:<\/strong>
    \nAt the time of booking, a full credit card number will be requested as a guarantee.<\/p>\n

    Cancellation Policy:
    \n-Cancellation up to 10 days prior the arrival date : 39 \u20ac fees.
    \n-Cancellation 9 days and less prior the arrival date : 100 % of the stay.<\/p>\n

    We do not ask for a deposit at the reservation.
    \nThe full prepayement will be charged 9 days prior the arrival date.<\/p>\n

    – For No-shows on the expected arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be kept by the hotel and the whole stay will be cancelled automatically.<\/p>\n

    – For any departure before the scheduled departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be kept by the hotel.<\/li>\n

  2. Arrival at the hotel:<\/strong>
    \n– The credit card used to pay the deposit at the time of the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, as well as identification showing the same name and surname as on the credit card used.
    \n– A payment will be required once the extras bill for products consumed and charged to the room throughout the stay reaches 500\u20ac.<\/li>\n
  3. The City Tax of La Croix Valmer is an overcharge of 1.65 \u20ac per person per night.<\/li>\n
  4. Hotel rooms are available for check-in from 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.<\/li>\n
  5. We kindly advise you that the hotel will not supply the towels for the swimming-pool. Please bring with you a sarong or your own towels. (Swimming-pool towel are sold at the hotel reception)<\/li>\n
  6. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms : Please respect this notice and refrain from smoking in your room. Our terrace and garden are at your entire disposal.<\/li>\n
  7. We do ask parents to ensure that their children are accompanied in the public areas of the Hotel, especially around the swimming-pool and in the lift.<\/li>\n
  8. We welcome your Pet at l’Orangeraie at the daily rate of 18\u20ac . Please inform us when making your reservation. Note that pets are forbidden on the swimmping-pool area.<\/li>\n
  9. We will charge an amount of 90.00 euros for any loss of room key or, not returned via post.<\/li>\n
  10. Continental Buffet Breakfast is not included.
    \nThe price is 15.90 euros per adult, 10 euros per child under 12 years old and free per child under 5 years old.<\/li>\n
  11. The restaurant is open from April till end of September, every day except Tuesdays. (Specific dates subject to change)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
